French war veteran carrying not only the memorial flag but also his pride and memories. I really like the serious expression on his face and I wish I had my 50mm lens on my camera for a portrait at the time.
I tried to artificially blur the surrounding a bit (to much was going on in the background, I felt like this he is more the subject, rather then being a part of it) with Photoshop, you can see the result blurred image here below:
